Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic AI LLM Engineer to join our dynamic team at Podera. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning language models, particularly large language models (LLMs), and experience in building and optimizing AI-driven applications. This role will focus primarily on enhancing our text-to-speech models, developing AI voices, and creating algorithms to embed human emotion and context within conversations. You will also work on transcript generation and designing a conversational AI from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications that power our podcast creation platform.
• Enhance text-to-speech models and develop AI voices that convey human emotion and context.
• Develop algorithms to improve conversational AI, ensuring conversations sound natural and engaging.
• Work on transcript generation and ensure accuracy and coherence in the generated text.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new AI features.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues to ensure the platform runs smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Contribute to the overall product vision and strategy, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the team.
