We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Podera. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and machine learning language models, a passion for podcasting, and experience in building web applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications that power our AI-driven podcast creation platform.
• Work with AI and machine learning models to enhance text-to-speech conversion and improve overall user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot performance and scalability issues to ensure the platform runs smoothly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in AI, machine learning, and web development.
• Contribute to the overall product vision and strategy, bringing new ideas and perspectives to the team.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on web application development.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc.).
